Since the July 2018 Supreme Court ruling in favor of the State of South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., many states have encumbered out-of-state resellers with the task of collecting Sales Tax on orders shipping into their States. Based on the volume of orders Labelcity ships to the following States, we are required by law to collect Sales Tax (unless you provide us with a valid Tax Exemption certificate):

FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, WA and WI.
If you are exempt from paying Sales Tax in any of these states, email us your Tax Exemption Certificate (click here), or please call us at 1-888-999-6333, and we'll help set you up so you can purchase Sales Tax Exempt. It is an easy process, and we'll be happy to help you with this.

GST / VAT (all other countries)
Labelcity does not collect any Sales Taxes in the form of GST / VAT or similar in any other country. All import duties and taxes are payable by customers in their own countries.
